GETTING THERE By Road: To get here from Cairns, take the Captain Cook Highway North from Cairns which is the only main highway. Follow the signs to Mossman - it's a direct drive. Once in Mossman, drive through the town and you will see a road veering to the left which says " Daintree Township/ Daintree River Ferry". Veer left and follow the road for approximately 25km. At this point you will take a right turn at the sign "Daintree River Ferry/ Cape Tribulation". Follow this road to the ferry and cross the river by ferry. Once across the ferry, turn off at Turpentine Road which is on the left about 20km over the ferry. You will pass Heritage Lodge which is on your right. You will then come to Stonewood Road which veers to the left and right. Take the road to your left and follow it right to the end. There is a large "Daintree Secrets" sign which marks the entrance to our property. The drive is approximately 2 hours in total and is all on well signed, good quality sealed roads. RECOMMENDED CAR HIRE Car Hire rates are very competitive in Cairns and Port Douglas. Most companies will be happy for you to drive a conventional car to Daintree Secrets as the main road is sealed to the turn off. Please ensure to provide your car hire company with details of where you intend to take the vehicle as some companies have yet to assess their Daintree River policies.
